I'm a big fan of protein shakes for breakfast and/or an afternoon snack. There are so many ways to customize your shake while still getting some much needed nutrients and they are delicious and satisfying! My current favorite is Chocolate Covered Strawberry, it literally tastes like dessert, but provides a ton of protein and many other hidden superfoods.
