We're trying to hit the park as much as we can so the kids can burn off some energy, while the weather is still mostly tolerable! Of course, I live for any opportunity to get a workout in and the park is the PERFECT place for a quick sweat session while the kids play. Here is my 7 Move Playground Circuit:
*First of all, make sure you warm up! Chase the kids around for a few minutes or do some jumping jacks and torso twists to get your blood flowing and your muscles loose.
Personally, I do the above exercises in the order listed, with the reps listed and then repeat once or twice (depending on time). You can definitely change it up based on what feels good to you and what equipment you have available! Just make sure to warm up and cool down before and after your workout!
